		<description>Well, that was a difficult listen, like a sonic vivisection.  One observation for the &#039;alpha&#039; women: being an abrasive, combative ball-buster is not attractive.  When you tell other people constantly that you don&#039;t need them around, eventually they&#039;ll get the message.  Stop trying to prove to everyone how great you are and just be yourself.</description>
