A good friend of mine is running a class on flirting over at Berkley, she asked me to come in and talk. Here is part one of the podcast i recorded there. Forgive me for the recording quality as it was all done with a lapel mic, you should be able to hear me well although the people in the class may come in very softly.

I have to say that I greatly enjoyed that podcast. I enjoyed the fact that instead of just telling the students how to relate, you had them do an exercise to see what it was like for themselves. Just those exercises alone gave me a better understanding of what it means to relate to the emotion, not the topic. I look to hearing pt. 2.
