		<description>This isn&#039;t a crash diet.  This is eating healthy versus eating the crap one always eats. I can see where some may not like this diet long term but I love eating this way. A typical meal for me consists of some protein, some greens, a pepper or two and water.  One piece of advice though.  In order to keep eating like this, without it becoming boring, it is necessary to learn how to cook a bit.  Season your meats well and give your food some flavor.  I marinate my meats the night before I cook them.  Another trick is to make your breakfast and lunch portions at night.  Do all of your cooking at once and it makes eating right a hell of a lot easier.  Another thing.  Don&#039;t eat the same stuff over and over again.  Vary your menu.</description>

		<description>I would say the eating healthy and watching what you eat part are great, and the letting yourself slip weekly. The exorcise part though is key. Not only will it add self confidence and make you generally feel better, it will speed your metabolism and guess what..... lots of beautiful women can be found in many different situations getting in their fitness routines too. What a winner all the way around!</description>

For me I found that I don&#039;t need to lose that much weight and taking off 10-20lbs was enough. I lost 16 and afterwards gained back 4lbs. I am now just eating more healthy and exercising more.

I do think that a diet like this is a great kickstart for many people. Losing 10-20 lbs is a great motivator to keep eating healthy after the initial 30 days is up. Also I have known people who stay on this diet for years. It really is that easy.</description>
