It appears Rob, Miq, and Troy are now gone. Former instructor Dmitri's article on being let go is here:

I'm impressed. I don't even know that I could make a list as accurate. However I would add Tarzan to that list, he left just before I came on.

I believe that a good company supports and creates opportunity for its employees. Charisma Coaching right now has a business model that rewards new instructors for creating courses of their own, in fact it will be a requierment of new instructors. Secondly they will always be paid for that course whether they are teaching it or not as long as it is running under the same name.

We want to innovate and reward creativity. Motivated team members need to see a future in a company. That was the main thing lacking being on the CA team. No future, no creativity, no reward for being a great instructor.

I hope that Charisma Coaching can become the company I always wanted to work for.

Here's the list of people who parted ways with CA in the last two years:

Christian Hudson (the co-founder, business manager, web developer)
Rick (instructor)
Eric (instructor)
Kate (female instructor)
Matt Savior (instructor)
Val (business manager)
Matt (business manager)
Landon (media manager)
Kevin (business manager)
Alec (instructor)
Jayson (business manager, senior instructor)
Judson (senior instructor)
Locky (instructor)
Kory (master instructor)
Joe (instructor)
Laura (web developer)
Dimitri (senior instructor)
Johnny Saviour (vice president, master instructor)
Chad (senior instructor)
Dan (senior instructor)

It’s 20 people - possibly more. Makes one wonder. A man who goes through people like this ust definitely have issues, and his company is definitely unstable, ready to explode any time.

People usually disappear from Charisma Arts immediately after a public event of some sort. The next event is this September. Who’s next to go? My prediction is Troy or Jamie. Most likely Troy.

Dan, sorry to hear about your break from C.A.. Your blogs were consistently the most articulate on C.A. method, second only to those by Juggler himself. I think they weren't just articulate because you're a good writer, but because you put more work into them than other instructors at C.A.. When I was confused on a C.A. idea, your blog was one of the first places I'd check to clear up my confusion. It's obvous you have an unusual passion for helping people with this stuff, so C.A. has lost an invaluable resource. I respected the company highly in part because you were in it. It's interesting that you're unhappy about "internal communication" at C.A.: this only illustrates the importance of your interest in going beyond pickup skills to the broader goal of "Teaching People Stuff to People". It's clear some higher-ups at C.A. need a better grasp of exactly these skills! Truth is, if you focus only on the skills needed to attract women one-on-one, you will not be the most attractive man you can be. That's because you'll have communication issues with girlfriends, friends, and coworkers that will all add up to your being less happy, less successful, and less attractive. So I join the chorus of people saying, good luck in your future pursuits, and keep writing!

Hey man, sorry to hear about this, but I'm sure it's for the best!

This reminds me: you were the first PickUp Podcast interview. Wanna come full-circle? I think we might because we're approaching 5 million downloads and so it seems timely.

It's about time, dawg! My interest in being charismatic and being able to communicate was born due to my desire to meet women, but I have realized that I want to learn so much more. Communicating well with parents, bosses, employees, coworkers, clients, roommates, girlfriends, friends, even store clerks and customers. There's so much to learn and so many different relationships to explore. It's time there was someone to take this to the next level.

Dan - Sorry to hear that things ended that way with Charisma Arts. But I'm not worried about you - you are an excellent blogger and teacher, and I believe you will always find people who want to learn communication skills from you. I look forward to following your journey on this blog, as I have for a while now.

Hey Dan,

I've followed your posts religiously for the past two years and have learned something new from each and every one of your posts.

Your perspective on cultivating charisma and effective communication is every bit insightful and refreshing compared to everything else that was written out there.

My handle before on what was known before as the old "natural game forums" was Social Alchemist.

You've been a primary influence on how I relate to people today.

I look forward to the new direction that you're taking as well as your future posts.

All the best,

Will

Dan,
It has been fascinating to be able to accompany you on your journey through your blog. You have been an inspiration and a teacher to many of us.
So please, don't stop blogging!

I think your break with CA is only natural considering the process you went through. (Sort of reminds me of how Jung had to break with his mentor Freud, over the "sexual thing".)

If you ever plan on visiting Amsterdam, drop me a line. I'll show you around town.
