		<description>I agree that starting out slowly is the way to go, in fact I say start out with zero risk.

If you see a girl you want to meet, just ask an innocent question that has nothing to do with being interested in her, like &quot;how do you like your iPhone?&quot; or even &quot;what time is it?&quot; because that way you&#039;ll get a quick feel for if she&#039;s cool or unfriendly or whatever.

If she seems friendly, you can always ramp up from there.
